The objective of Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is to enhance the athletic prowess of elite-level athletes through the integration of
physical development, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. S&C coaches collaborate with sports coaches and, as members of a
multidisciplinary team comprised of sport scientists and medical professionals, develop individualised S&C programmes for each sport and
participant.
These programs prioritise the enhancement of diverse physical capabilities, including but not limited to strength, agility, plyometric skill, flexibility, power, and physical conditioning. A program is implemented with the specific objective of catering to the athlete's requirements by mitigating their deficiencies, enhancing their strengths, and equipping them for peak athletic performance.
We provide evidence-based treatment and management for painful symptoms and movement disorders. Injuries can occur as a result of an acute
episode, such as trauma or post-surgery, or as a result of a chronic occurrence, such as mechanical overuse. Our treatment strategy focuses
on the pathology's symptoms (pain, lack of movement, and strength) while treating the underlying cause.
We achieve success by employing advanced technology to assess your deficiencies (range of motion, strength, and dysfunction) and then implementing manual methods, exercise prescription, and education to help resolve your symptoms. We aim to provide our patients the ability to manage their own health. Please see What We Do for more information on our individual treatments and services.
